This comprehensive course introduces the Five Elements and the connections between our elemental personality type and our emotions and how imbalances can affect our behaviour and manifest as physical symptoms. How is the course structured?

Each chapter includes beautiful downloadable PDF files with all the notes. Also an audio file for each PDF if you would rather learn on the go, in the car, or while working out. Further each chapter includes a video of Jared McCollum discussing each chapter, sharing stories, and tools in a relaxed and open format. to express other points of view we have included a link to YouTube videos from other experts that expound on the chapters topic. Finally each element chapter includes a free guided meditation on that element.

How is the course delivered?

To try and maintain the structure of our extremely successful in person course the online version will be released in sections each week. This provides you with the time needed to reflect on each chapter. Complete the self application worksheets and journalling. As well as provide the time needed to apply the tools in real life.

What will I get from the course?

First you will discover the purpose of emotion, what signals they are trying to send to you, what to do with the energy produced by emotion and how to put that energy into action to balance your life. Second you will learn your Five element personality type and the gifts and weaknesses that accompany each and the techniques needed to balance your element. Not only will you better understand your emotion and yourself but you will gain incredible insight into your loved ones personalities and emotions and how to support them in letting go as well.
